The remains of a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on Wednesday morning, departed for his hometown Enugu, from University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital mortuary Borno State.
The deceased Corps member, Kenechukwu Ejike Kennedy suddenly slumped and died on September 12.
Until his death, he was serving at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Maiduguri.
Friends and fellow Corp members are pictured paying him the last respect at the entrance of the mortuary this morning.
In a tribute, Tijani Mohammed Lamin, a Clinical Psychologist at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Maiduguri, described his death as "a great shock".
